Day 23 - A Book You Wanted to Read for a Long Time But Still Haven't
This is an unfairly hard question, have you seen my TBR List?
I'm going to tie between Legend and Anna Dressed in Blood. Both are wildly popular books that have great ratings from my friends. Both are books I lingered over in bookshops for a long time. Both are books I finally took the plunge and bought over a year ago. Neither has ever been started.
I don't even know where my copy of Anna is. I bought it for Halloween, along with Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and loaned it to my sister while I finished MPHfPC. Never came back. In the past year, she moved. I didn't see it when I helped her pack or unpack. I found Skylark. I found The Stories of Ray Bradbury. I didn't find Anna.
Legend is even harder to justify not reading. It's an ebook. It's loaded on my phone. It's first on my ebook TBR. But instead, I read more recently purchased books or (WHY?!) borrow from the library. I'm sure to like it, but for some reason, I never get there.
